We provide deep, clinical assessments for complex MSK conditions. Led by top private MSK consultants in Birmingham, we treat the following conditions:
Comprehensive assessment for acute or chronic spinal pain. We utilise diagnostics to identify the root cause, whether it is muscular strain, disc issues, or posture-related pain. We provide management for lower back pain (lumbar), treatment for a stiff or painful neck (cervical), and expert guidance on rehabilitation and pain relief.
Expert care for injuries sustained during sport or exercise. Bringing elite-level sports medicine management to your recovery, we assess and treat muscle tears and strains (e.g., hamstring, calf), ligament sprains (e.g., ankle, knee), and impact trauma.
Targeted management for persistent tendon pain caused by overuse or degeneration. MSK ultrasound is used to grade the severity and guide therapy for Achilles tendonitis, Tennis and Golfer's Elbow, and Patellar tendonitis (Jumper's Knee).
Non-surgical management of wear and tear in the major joints, including the knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle, stiffness. We focus on preserving joint function and reducing pain through precise injection therapy and joint preservation strategies.
In-depth assessment of complex shoulder issues, often involving the rotator cuff muscles. We differentiate between frozen shoulder, impingement, and tears to restore range of motion, reduce night pain, and provide ultrasound-guided injections for inflammation.
We provide high-frequency MSK ultrasound access during your appointment to accurately assess the injury and guide any necessary treatment.
A non-invasive, real-time scan to visualise muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This allows us to see the injury in motion, which static MRI scans cannot do.
If an injection is required (Steroid, HA, or PRP), we perform it under ultrasound guidance. This ensures medication is delivered with millimetre precision to the exact site of injury.
If further imaging is required to assess deep bone pathology or complex spinal issues, our consultants can arrange immediate referrals for CT or MRI scans.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the affected area (e.g., shorts for knee/ankle issues). Bring details of any previous physio or scans.
You will receive an immediate diagnosis. Treatment may include:
You will receive a formal written report within 24-48 hours. We also provide a clear recovery roadmap to help you safely return to your daily activities.
Detailed clinical assessment, diagnostic ultrasound scan, and personalised care plan.
Precision ultrasound-guided procedure (e.g., Steroid, PRP, or Hyaluronic Acid).
Note: Any required MRI/CT scans, advanced blood tests, or specific regenerative therapies are charged separately. Your doctor will clearly explain these costs during your visit to ensure full transparency.
