Mr Suliman El-Shunnar
Mr El-Shunnar is a highly experienced Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon with specialist interests in Thyroid and Salivary Gland conditions, Sinus disease, and Facial Plastic and Skin Cancer Surgery. Alongside his specialist interests, he has extensive NHS experience in both general and paediatric ENT and welcomes patients with a broad range of ear, nose and throat concerns.
He regularly assesses symptoms including hoarseness, throat discomfort, nasal congestion, persistent cough, ear pain and neck or throat lumps, as well as many other ENT conditions.

Mr El-Shunnar graduated with an Honours degree from Trinity College Dublin and discovered his passion for ENT surgery during his early medical career in the Oxford region. He went on to complete specialist ENT training in the Midlands before undertaking an internationally renowned fellowship in Endoscopic Sinus and Head & Neck Cancer Surgery in Auckland, New Zealand.
He is currently Clinical Director for ENT at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and is a core member of the Head and Neck, Thyroid and Skin Cancer Multidisciplinary Teams. He remains actively involved in clinical governance, patient safety, medical education and the training and examination of future doctors.
