Paul is our reception manager who will ensure the smooth running of our clinic on a day-to-day basis. He will be the first point of contact for many patients with any queries, bookings or concerns. Paul is passionate about creating meaningful healthcare experiences where patients feel supported, understood, and valued throughout their journey.
With experience in private healthcare, Paul has developed a strong understanding of patient coordination, healthcare pathways, and the importance of delivering a seamless and personalised service. Working closely with clinical teams, he supports patients from their first point of contact through to ongoing care, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
Paul believes that exceptional healthcare is built not only through clinical excellence but also through the trust, reassurance, and connection created between patients and their care team. His approach combines organisation, compassion, and a commitment to making every patient experience as smooth and positive as possible.
